If the times are off, say which streaming service or edition you watched. Please describe the scene rather than sending a clip, script or subtitles.
Ask for a film
Send the film’s title and year.
Report a security problem
Email us with “Security” in the subject, the page or API address and what happened. Don’t access other people’s information or disrupt the service while testing.
Use a guide with an AI assistant
If an AI assistant gives a wrong answer from our guides, send the film, the answer and what you expected. Leave out the rest of your conversation.
